A beautiful renovation of a traditional federation home on Sydney’s lower north shore. A perfect blend of old meets new.

 

Bondi beach FAMILY HOME

A light and bright beachside family home was designed and built within 6 months. The former 3 bedroom, 1 story dwelling was transformed into a large 2 story, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathroom home. Complete with a light filled rumpus room for the family’s 3 small children, and a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area that flows onto an entertaining deck and new in-ground swimming pool.

Pyrmont terrace

The original 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom 1890's terrace was completely demolished internally with only the front and side facades remaining. We reconfigured the entire layout and added a new top floor to create a family home of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with large combined kitchen and living areas.
